Make an appointment
Calls for GP appointments should be made before 10am.
We are currently utilising "doctor first" triage. Messages with clinical information will be taken by our administrative staff and passed on to the doctors or nurses to allow them to book your appointment or redirect to other services most appropriately. Our staff are trained in clinical signposting and handle information you give them confidentially and sensitively.

Emergencies
Phone 999 if it's a medical emergency.
Out of hours
If you need help when our practice isn't open:
- Visit NHS inform's self-help guides for advice on common symptoms
- Phone NHS 24's 111 service if you need non-urgent help but can't wait until we reopen
