Engage Consult

We are now using an online service called Engage Consult. It can be accessed via our website on your computer, mobile or tablet device. You can use the link below to access the Engage Patient Portal

Please look out for either a reply message in your Engage Consult account, a telephone call (ensure your phone has service), or a text message. It is your responsibility to attend the surgery if given an appointment.

How We Manage Your Appointment Request

To deal with the demand for appointments, we have adopted a Triage First approach to all requests. This means that one of our trained administration staff will ask you a few questions about your condition, which will be passed to the GP to assess and an appointment given on clinical urgency/need.

Video Consultations

We are able to offer video consultations for patients who are unable to come down to the Practice.

If you are unable to come down to the Surgery, we may be able to offer you a Video Consultation with the GP. If this is something you are interested in, please contact Reception team for more details.

Patient Access - prescription requests online

Patient Access has been set up for the practice. This can be used to request repeat prescriptions.

To ensure safe registration, please request registration forms at the front desk and bring photographic ID for proof of person. This service can then be used to request repeat medications. You will be able to see whether these prescriptions have been issued or rejected.
