Patient Access can be set up for repeat prescriptions - please come in and ask for registration forms in person - photo ID is needed to register.
We would strongly encourage patients to use online requests where possible.
Please allow 48 hours to request your medication. These will go directly to your specified pharmacy. Please call Pharmacy directly to check if your script is available.
